I'm Navid, the founder of OnPurpose Careers. My career journey began 15+ years ago in career advising, took me internationally to Singapore where I worked in education, and eventually led me through the nonprofit sector developing workforce programs. While working in talent acquisition, I noticed a troubling pattern: talented professionals in mission-driven fields were consistently undervalued and underpaid.
