I'm Navid, the founder of OnPurpose Careers. My career journey began 15+ years ago in career advising and eventually led me through the nonprofit sector developing workforce programs. While working in talent acquisition and recruiting, I noticed a troubling pattern: talented professionals in mission-driven fields were consistently undervalued and underpaid.
My work is focused on ensuring people who want to find themselves in purposeful careers can do so without sacrificing their worth and pay.
