Coach Finder Terms of Service

 

OnPurpose Careers

1. What the Coach Finder Is

The OnPurpose Careers Coach Finder (“Coach Finder”) is an online directory designed to help users discover career coaches and consultants. The Coach Finder includes:

  • Coaching services offered directly by OnPurpose Careers, and

  • Listings for independent, third-party coaches (“Independent Coaches”)


OnPurpose Careers operates the Coach Finder as a discovery platform. Use of the Coach Finder is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


2. Dual Role Disclosure

OnPurpose Careers both:

  • Operates the Coach Finder, and

  • Provides its own coaching services under the OnPurpose Careers brand


When a user engages with coaching services offered by OnPurpose Careers, that relationship is directly with OnPurpose Careers and governed by separate service-specific terms.

Independent Coaches listed in the Coach Finder are not employees, agents, or representatives of OnPurpose Careers.


3. No Endorsement or Verification of Independent Coaches

OnPurpose Careers does not verify, certify, license, or endorse Independent Coaches listed in the Coach Finder.


We do not guarantee:

  • Qualifications, credentials, or experience

  • Quality or effectiveness of services

  • Results or outcomes


Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any Independent Coach.


4. Coach Listings


Each Coach is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listing, including:

  • Services offered

  • Pricing or availability

  • Background and experience


OnPurpose Careers reserves the right to approve, edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion.


5. User Responsibility

By using the Coach Finder, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any engagement with a Coach is voluntary and at your own discretion

  • OnPurpose Careers is not responsible for disputes, outcomes, or damages arising from coach-client relationships

  • Payments, contracts, and communications occur directly between users and Coaches unless otherwise stated


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation

  • Scrape, copy, or republish Coach Finder content

  • Use the Coach Finder for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes


7. Intellectual Property

OnPurpose Careers owns all branding, design, and platform content. Coaches retain ownership of their submitted content but grant OnPurpose Careers a non-exclusive license to display it within the Coach Finder.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnPurpose Careers shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use of the Coach Finder

  • Interactions with Independent Coaches

  • Reliance on information provided in Coach listings


9. Modifications

OnPurpose Careers may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Coach Finder constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
