1. What the Job Board Is

The OnPurpose Careers Job Board (“Job Board”) is an online platform that curates and displays job opportunities posted by third-party employers and organizations (“Employers”).

​

OnPurpose Careers is not an employment agency, recruiter, or hiring authority. We do not participate in hiring decisions and do not guarantee employment outcomes.

​

By accessing or using the Job Board, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

​

2. Role of OnPurpose Careers

OnPurpose Careers:

  • Displays job listings submitted or sourced from Employers

  • May curate or organize listings by role, sector, or compensation

  • Does not verify employer claims, job availability, or hiring practices

 

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of their job postings.

3. Job Seekers

Job seekers understand and agree that:

  • Job listings are provided for informational purposes only

  • Applications, interviews, and hiring processes occur directly with Employers

  • OnPurpose Careers does not control or influence employer decisions

​

You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before applying for any role.

​

4. Employers and Job Posters

Employers posting jobs on the Job Board represent and warrant that:

  • All job information is accurate, lawful, and non-misleading

  • Postings comply with applicable employment, labor, and pay transparency laws

  • Hiring practices are non-discriminatory and lawful

OnPurpose Careers reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify job postings at its discretion.

​

5. No Guarantee of Results

 

OnPurpose Careers does not guarantee:

  • Applicant volume or candidate quality

  • Interviews, offers, or hires

  • Job posting performance or visibility

Posting a job or browsing listings does not ensure employment or recruitment outcomes.

 

6. Compensation, Sponsored Listings, and Fees

Some job postings may be paid, sponsored, or promoted. Sponsored placement does not imply endorsement of an Employer or role.

Fees for job postings or related services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

​

7. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or republish job listings without permission

  • Misrepresent themselves or an organization

  • Use the Job Board for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes

 

Automated data collection or redistribution of listings is prohibited without express written consent.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All Job Board design, branding, and original content are owned by OnPurpose Careers.

Employers retain ownership of job posting content but grant OnPurpose Careers a non-exclusive license to display and promote postings on the Job Board and related channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnPurpose Careers shall not be liable for:

  • Employment decisions or outcomes

  • Inaccurate, outdated, or withdrawn job postings

  • Losses or damages arising from use of the Job Board

 

Use of the Job Board is at your own discretion and risk.

 

10. Modifications

OnPurpose Careers may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Job Board constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
