Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before engaging with our services. By purchasing or participating in our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by the following:
 

1. Service Overview

OnPurpose Careers provides coaching, guidance, and resources to support individuals in their job search and career development. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, written materials, and templates.

2. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement

While our coaching is designed to support you in your job search and career transition, we do not and cannot guarantee employment, job offers, or placement within a specific time frame. Success depends on a variety of factors, including individual effort, job market conditions, and external variables beyond our control.

3. Coach Matching

Clients will be matched with a coach based on availability and fit. We strive to ensure a good match, but reserve the right to reassign coaches at any time due to scheduling, capacity, or other operational reasons.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Clients are responsible for booking and managing their sessions.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up, the session may be forfeited without refund or makeup.

• We understand that emergencies happen, but due to limited availability, we cannot guarantee rescheduling within the same week of a canceled session.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement. We do not offer refunds for unused sessions or partially completed packages. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by OnPurpose Careers—including templates, workbooks, and recorded content—are the intellectual property of OnPurpose Careers. They are provided for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

7. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that coaching is a collaborative process and your results are largely dependent on your own commitment, effort, and follow-through. You are responsible for completing assigned tasks and actively participating in sessions.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any personal or professional information shared in coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where required by law or with your explicit written consent.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to harassment, abusive behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

OnPurpose Careers and its coaches are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. You agree to hold harmless OnPurpose Careers and its team members from any and all claims arising from your participation in our programs.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
