About Me
I've advised multi-billion dollar organizations including Google, Nestlé, Loblaw, Spin Master, Gildan, and XPRIZE on corporate sustainability, business strategy, and global systems change. Educated as an engineer and trained in coaching and facilitation, I spent the last 10 years in consulting contributing to a sustainable future.
Today, scaling impact through people is at the heart of my work. I coach sustainability professionals in their 30s and 40s who are inside the system trying to change it. Whether it's building visibility with leadership, navigating tricky workplace dynamics, managing stress and energy, or figuring out your next career move, I help you find clarity, build a path forward, and level up.
My coaching approach blends strategic thinking with wellbeing, drawing on my technical background and my experience teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation. My goal is to help you be more impactful in your career and live a more balanced life.
My Services:
I offer three coaching packages depending on where you are and what you need.
Level Up in Your Role - ongoing, 2 sessions/month - $350/month
Navigate What’s Next - 3 month sprint, 8 sessions - $1,500
Thrive Beyond Work - 3 sessions, flexible to use within 6 months - $575
Your Professional Development Fund or Education Allowance through your employer may cover these sessions. I accept payment in CAD, USD and GBP.
