Matt’s Journey to Launching a Career Coaching Business in 2025
Through working with clients who felt stuck in their careers, Matt discovered the power and value of his unique coaching approach. He found deep fulfillment in helping people envision a future version of themselves—one that felt more purposeful, confident, and aligned. From there, he guided them in identifying the adjustments, mindset shifts, and blockers standing in the way of that future.
What sets Matt apart is his belief that career coaching should be holistic. His method doesn’t stop at helping clients find job titles or edit résumés—it’s about transformation. Matt combines strategic guidance with personal insight, helping people define what success looks like for them, while also unlocking opportunities through his extensive network and nuanced approach to storytelling on résumés. During the journey of working together, Matt provides coaching to go from your current self (2.0 version) to the new version of yourself (3.0 version).
After a series of meaningful mentoring experiences from 2020 through 2024, Matt realized it was time to formalize what he had already been doing naturally.
