Co-operative Coaching and Advisory Services, LLC (CCAS) helps mission-driven professionals lead boldly, wisely, and authentically through periods of growth, transition, and change. Founded by Judith A. Pérez Caro, Ph.D., a sociologist, educator, executive leader, and leadership coach, CCAS offers executive coaching, leadership development, strategic advising, facilitation, and dissertation advisory services.
Grounded in the belief that leadership is sacred work, CCAS takes a holistic, research-informed, and co-operative approach to leadership development. Clients include higher education leaders, nonprofit professionals, executives, emerging leaders, and individuals navigating career pivots, high-stakes decisions, organizational challenges, or professional transitions. Services focus on cultivating self-awareness, strengthening leadership capacity, navigating complexity, and aligning values with action.
